【摘要】目的:探讨封闭式负压引流在治疗皮肤软组织感染性缺损中的护理方法。方法:观察总结采用VSD治疗皮肤软组织感染性缺损49例患者的护理。结果:49例患者感染均得到控制,肉芽生长良好,创面愈合好。结论:细致的观察和全方位的护理,为VSD技术的成功治疗提供了重要保障。【关键词】有效负压;通畅;观察;护理

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the nursing method of closed negative pressure drainage in skin soft tissue infected lesions.Method:Observe and summarize the results of 49 cases of using VSD in the management of skin soft tissue infected lesions.Result:All 49 cases achieved control of infection with good granulation tissue formation and good wound healing.Conclusion:Careful observation and all rounded nursing care provided important protection in the successful utilization of VSD techniques. ......
