摘要：目的 探讨地塞米松和碘仿作为根管消毒药物治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法 在176颗慢性根尖周炎的根管治疗中，用地塞米松和碘仿为治疗组90例和CP或FC对照组各86例，，评价它们的的疗效。结果 治疗组有效率为91.1%，对照组为72.0%。结论 地塞米松和碘仿用于根管消毒治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效明显。
