肺心病心衰的地高辛治疗探讨

摘要：目的 分析地高辛对肺心病心衰患者的治疗效果。方法 入选病例随机分成两组，对照组给予常规治疗。治疗组加服地高辛片。测BNP浓度及地高辛浓度。记录副作用。结果 治疗组血浆B型钠尿肽优，地高辛副作用明显高。结论 对于快速心室率肺心病心衰病短期使用地高辛治疗是有效且安全的。
