抗菌药物所致不良反应144例分析

摘要：目的 了解抗菌类药物导致不良反应的特点和规律。方法 随机抽取2012年1月～2013年 1月的144例抗菌药物不良反应患者，并进行回顾性分析。结果144例抗菌药物不良反应患者主要涉及青霉素类、喹诺酮类等 9 大类抗菌药物；青霉素类药物引起的不良反应患者最多，共50例，占 34 %，其次为喹诺酮类，共46例，占 31.9%。抗菌药物不良反应的引起方式主要为静脉点滴；引起皮肤和附件损伤的为54例，占37.5%，引起消化损伤24例，占 16.7%。在抗菌类药物中，青霉素类药物导致不良反应居首位，其次是喹诺酮类。结论 通过合理使用抗菌药物，可以有效降低因抗菌药物引发的不良反应，缩短患者的治疗时间，提高患者的生活质量。
