摘要：目的 对肠瘘患者临床治疗的护理方法进行探讨。方法 对我院2011年1月～2013年3月的29例肠瘘患者采用了引流治疗、感染治疗，在此基础上还进行了激素治疗，并采取了综合性护理方法进行护理，观察该组患者的护理效果。结果 29例肠瘘患者中有23例治愈，治愈率为79.31%，平均住院时间为(91.2±15.2)d。结论 在肠瘘患者进行手术治疗前后通过综合性的护理让患者的康复水平得到了很大程度的提高，并且缩短了患者的康复周期，得到了较好的治疗效果。
