摘要：目的 评价针刺结合运动疗法对急性腰肌扭伤的治疗效果。方法 选择100例急性腰肌扭伤患者分成观察组和对照组各50例。观察组采用针刺腰痛穴、腹部全息结合运动疗法治疗；对照组采用刺腰痛穴、腹部全息治疗。对比两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗的总有效率高于对照组。结论 针刺结合运动疗法能有效的提高对急性腰肌扭伤的治疗效果。
