     摘要：目的 评价哌拉西林-他唑巴坦治疗COPD合并吸入性肺炎(AP)的临床疗效和安全性。方法 回顾性分析哌拉西林他唑巴坦治疗47例COPD合并AP患者的临床疗效、细菌学评价和安全性分析。结果 哌拉西林他唑巴坦治疗COPD合并AP患者有效率为78.7%，痊愈率29.8%，细菌清除率为75.9%，不良反应发生率为4.3%。结论 哌拉西林-他唑巴坦治疗COPD合并AP患者疗效好，安全性高。
