摘要：目的 了解医务人员心理资本的现状，同时通过探讨不同人口学变量下医务人员心理资本的差异得到其影响因素，为寻求医务人员心理资本的提升提供实证支持。方法 采用SPSS16.0软件，应用描述性统计分析、独立样本t检验和单因素方差分析方法，对随机抽取的天津市四家三级医院415名员工心理资本进行问卷调查，并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果 医务人员心理资本总体处于中上水平，不同婚姻状况下医务人员心理资本不存在显著差异，不同性别、年龄、职称、学历和学月收入下心理资本均存在显著差异。结论 人口学变量对医务人员心理资本有影响作用。
