摘要：目的 研究剖宫产同期行挤压法子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床效果及安全性。方法 回顾性分析妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的产妇56例，在剖宫产术中同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术，将同期60例单纯行剖宫产术的产妇作为对照，比较两组的手术时间、出血量、术后肠蠕动恢复时间，手术切口愈合时间，术后并发症，恶露干净时间等。结果 两组均安全完成手术，合并肌瘤剔除组的手术时间大于对照组(P<0.05)，出血量差异无统计学意义。结论 剖宫产术中选择合理的手术方法，同期行子宫肌瘤剔除术是安全可行的。
