摘要：随着人类的发展，社会的进步，教育教学改革的任务也日益紧迫，日益繁重，临床医学教育改革迫在眉睫。文章从北医本科生施行导师制工作入手，进行初步探索，试图寻找符合医院实际情况，符合临床医学教育改革、达到教学相长的方法的有效途径，提出可行的设想及思考。
