社区门诊输液护理中人性化护理模式的应用分析

摘要：目的 对在社区门诊进行输液的患者进行人性化的护理，观察这种方法在实际应用中收到的效果。方法 将我社区178例在门诊输液的患者分成两组，一组进行人性化护理，二组进行普通护理，对比患者对于人性化护理的满意程度。结果 一组患者非常满意68例，基本满意18例，不太满意3例，满意度为96.6%；二组患者非常满意53例，基本满意22例，不太满意14例，满意度为84.3%。一组患者对社区门诊的满意度高于二组，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 人性化的护理，使得患者对于社区门诊的输液护理满意度很高，在社区门诊对待患者时，人性化的护理会有更好效果。
