摘要：目的 探讨血清心肌酶谱检测在病毒性小儿肺炎诊断、治疗及预后中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析2012年01月～2013年09月我院收治的146例病毒性肺炎患儿(观察组)血清心肌酶谱检测结果，并与同期56健康体检小儿(对照组)血清心肌酶谱检测结果作对比分析。结果 观察组心肌酶谱活性4项指标均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 病毒性小儿肺炎患者常规检测心肌酶谱对患儿心肌损伤的早期诊断，及时治疗，预防心衰有重要床意义。
