摘要：回顾性分析我院2013年1月～12月收治的80例妇科急腹症患者的临床资料，结合患者血常规、血HCG和下腹部B超辅助检查结果，从临床表现对妇科急腹症的发病机理、诊断和治疗进行分析探讨，提出合理的治疗方案，提高妇科急腹症的诊疗水平。
