总之，经伤椎椎弓根植骨加椎弓根螺钉治疗法可有效的缓解脊柱胸腰段爆裂性骨折患者的疼痛程度及后凸角度，维持患者伤椎高度的恢复，一方面较好的保护患者受伤部位的神经功能状态，另一方面可重建患者脊柱的稳定性，维持患者脊柱胸腰段的正常生理曲度，且治疗过程中，并发症少，治疗安全可靠，具有推广应用价值。
