综上所述，对于肾囊性病变患者采用穿刺、腹腔镜及开放手术治疗后的临床效果均较为显著，且三种治疗方式具有各自的优缺点，要求临床工作者能够根据患者的具体情况决定手术方式，不可盲目进行。
