摘要：目的观察银质针治疗臀中肌损伤的临床治疗效果。方法50例均采用银质针松解术进行治疗。结果痊愈41例，好转5例，无效4例，总有效率92%；6个月后随访，痊愈38例，好转7例，总有效率90%。结论银质针松解术治疗臀中肌损伤能明显改善患者症状、体征，有显著疗效。对臀中肌损伤的治疗来说不失为一安全、有效、操作简单、经济的疗法，值得推广，更值得进一步深入探讨研究。

    Clinical Observation of 50 Cases of Silver Needle Therapy Gluteus Medius Muscle Injury

    Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of silver needle therapy in the treatment of gluteal muscle injury. Methods 50 cases with lysis with silver needle therapy. Results41 cases were cured, 5 cases improved, 4 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 92%; after 6 months of follow-up, 38 cases were cured, 7 cases improved, the total efficiency of 90. ConclusionThe silver needle loosening significantly improve symptoms and signs of muscle injury, treatment with hip, has remarkable curative effect. For the treatment of muscle injury in the hip is a safe, effective, simple, economical treatment, worthy of promotion, more worthy of further study. ......
