摘要：目的探讨外耳道真菌病在耳内窥镜下的诊断与治疗，观察临床疗效。方法耳内窥镜下用2%双氧水反复灌洗患耳至干净后大扶康耳浴10min吸净，外耳道用自制细棉签涂达克宁，连续3~5d至耳道干净干燥后改用患者自行达克宁外擦1w。结果78例外耳道真菌病患者取得较好疗效，总有效率达95%。结论采用耳内镜下诊断清理，大扶康耳浴，达克宁外擦效果良好，值得临床推广使用。

    Clinical Analysis of 78 Cases of Otic Endoscope in Diagnosis and Treatment of External Auditory Meatus Mycosis

    Abstract：ObjectiveExternal the diagnosis and treatment of fungal disease under ear endoscope, observe clinical curative effect.MethodsEar endoscope with 2% hydrogen peroxide repeated lavage with ear to clean big fu kang ear bath for 10 minutes after net absorption, external auditory canal with homemade thin cotton swabs coated daktarin, to clean the ear canal for 3 ~ 5 days after drying to patients themselves daktarin wipe outside for a week.Results 78 cases of external auditory canal fungal disease has good curative effect, total effective rate was 95%.ConclusionUse under endotoscope clear diagnosis, big ear bath, fu kang daktarin outside clean effect is good, worthy of clinical promotion use. ......
