耳穴压豆用于肛肠病术后患者减轻创口疼痛的临床研究

摘要：目的 观察耳穴压豆用于肛肠病术后患者减轻创口疼痛的疗效。方法 选择肛肠病术后患者80例，随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例，治疗组使用耳穴压豆控制疼痛，对照组使用药物控制疼痛，两组治疗后采用调查问卷进行临床疗效评定。结果 治疗组的疼痛控制总有效率为95%，显著高于对照组的85%。结论 耳穴压豆用于肛肠病术后患者减轻创口疼痛的疗效显著且成本低廉，资源充足，操作及护理方便，值得临床推广和应用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the ear beans used in postoperative patients with anorectal disease reduce the curative effect of wound pain.
