摘要：随着医学科学的发展，医学的服务逐渐从"以疾病为中心"向"以患者为中心"发展，医患关系也从"主动-被动型"和"指导-合作型"转变成"共同参与型"。在这样的背景下，社会对医学生的综合素质有了新的要求，要求医学教育培养出具备高水平竞争力和广泛的适应性、创新进取、德才兼备的复合型医学人才。
