宫腔镜联合B超修复20例剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室疗效观察

摘要：目的 观察宫腔镜联合B超修复剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析本院2010年1月～2013年1月收治的20例宫产术后子宫切口憩室患者资料，统计对比患者治疗前与治疗后数据资料，分析临床疗效。结果 修复术成功率为90.0%；术后患者经期显著短于术前，术后患者腰骶酸痛评分显著低于术前，(P<0.01)。结论 宫腔镜检查治疗前充分了解子宫憩室的情况，为手术修复提供准确指导，宫腔镜电切联合B超修复剖宫产后子宫切口憩室临床疗效可靠。
