摘要：目的探讨鼻内镜下经鼻泪囊鼻腔造孔置管术的方法与临床疗效。方法 对50例慢性泪囊炎患者采用鼻内镜下经鼻泪囊鼻腔造孔置管术，并随访5个月～1年。结果治愈48眼，好转5眼，随访期间所有患者均无溢泪，48眼泪道冲洗通畅。结论鼻内镜下经鼻泪囊鼻腔造孔置管术是治疗慢性泪囊炎的一种有效方法，且具有面部无疤痕，手术时间短、组织损伤小、出血少等诸多优点，符合现代外科手术微创要求。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the endoscopic nasal lacrimal sac pore-forming tube insertion method and clinical curative effect. Methods 50 cases of patients with chronic dacryocystitis by nasal endoscopic nasal lacrimal sac pore-forming tube insertion.we, and followed up for 5 months ~ 1 year.
