摘要：目的探讨四点定位法套袖式包皮环切术治疗包皮过长及包茎的方法和效果。方法采用四点定位法套袖式包皮环切术治疗120例包皮过长及包茎患者。注意外板环切线的四点定位标记，确保切除合适的包皮长度。术中电凝止血，避免线结遗留。术后同时注重用带弹力的胶带加压包札固定。结果119例成功，1例62岁成人包茎因粘连致密不能完全暴露龟头失败。术中出血少，术后伤口水肿轻，恢复快，无皮下硬结，切口愈合后外形美观。结论四点定位法套袖式包皮环切术对包皮过长及包茎患者治疗效果满意。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the method and effect of the four point positioning sleeve circumcision for the treatment of redundant prepuce and phimosis. Methods Using four point positioning sleeve circumcision for the treatment of patients with redundant prepuce and phimosis in 120 cases. Emphasis on the four point positioning mark foreign plate ring tangential excision, ensure proper wrapping length. During coagulation, avoid line node left. Postoperative while focusing on tape with elastic compression package at fixed. Results119 cases were successful, the case of a 62 year old adult phimosis due to adhesion dense cannot completely exposed glans failure. Less bleeding, postoperative wound edema light, quick recovery, no subcutaneous induration, beautiful appearance after wound healing. ConclusionThe four point positioning sleeve circumcision of prepuce and phimosis patients satisfactory treatment effect. ......
