摘要：目的 分析研究孕前检查妇女生殖道支原体感染情况，分析当前的感染现状以及防治措施。方法 选取某地计划生育服务站接受免费孕检的女性2420例，检测患者的解脲支原体(Uu)、人型支原体(Mh)，比较不同人群的检验结果。结果 2420例标本中，支原体培养阳性1178例，阳性比例为48.7%。其中单纯uu培养阳性率为35.2%(851/2420)，单纯mh培养阳性率为0.95%(23/2420)，uu+mh阳性率为12.5%(304/2420)。1178例支原体培养阳性病例中，uu+mh培养阳性率为25.8%，单纯mh培养阳性率为2.0%，单纯uu培养阳性率为72.2%。结论 实施必要的孕前检查，可提高预后治疗效果，便于及时针对性给药治疗，提高女性患者生命质量。

    Observation of Curative Effect of Pre-pregnancy Check Women's Reproductive Tract Mycoplasma Infection

    Abstract：Objective To analyze the pregnancy check women's genital tract mycoplasma infection situation, analysis and current situation of infection prevention and control measures. MethodsTo choose somewhere in family planning service station receive free pregnancy test of 2420 cases of female, detection of ureaplasma mycoplasma in patients with type (Uu), mycoplasma (Mh), comparing the test results of different people. Results2420 cases of specimens of 1178 cases of mycoplasma culture positive, positive rate was 48.7%. One simple uu culture positive rate was 35.2% (851/2420), pure mh culture positive rate was 0.95% (23/2420), uu + mh positive rate was 12.5% (304/2420). 1178 cases of mycoplasma culture positive cases, uu + mh culture positive rate was 25.8%, pure mh culture positive rate was 2.0%, the simple uu culture positive rate was 72.2%. ConclusionThe implementation of the necessary checking before childbirth, can improve the prognosis of the treatment effect, facilitate timely targeted drug treatment, improve the quality of female patients life. ......
