温肾降浊通络法治疗早中期慢性肾功能衰竭的临床价值分析

摘要：目的 探究温肾降浊通络法治疗早中期慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效，为临床治疗提供参考。方法 选取我院门诊收入的慢性肾功能衰竭患者87例，根据治疗方式的不同分为研究组44例，对照组43例。对照组行常规治疗并服用包醛氧淀粉，研究组行常规治疗并服用温神降浊通络汤。观察两组患者治疗后的效果。结果 经治疗，两组在总有效率、血肌酐、血红蛋白、24h尿蛋白定量及总胆固醇比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 使用温肾降浊通络法治疗早中期慢性肾功能衰竭患者，临床疗效显著，对患者远期生活质量有较大改善，值得临床推广应用。
