摘要：目的探讨实行责任组长在开展“优质护理示范活动”中的作用。方法制定“优质护理示范活动”实施方案和措施,实施组长负责制分层级管理模式，为患者提供全面、全程、主动、专业、人性化的优质服务。结果体现了护士的分层级使用，激发了护理人员的工作积极性，显著地提高了患者、社会、政府、护士、医生、医院的满意度。结论设立护理责任组长管理体系，充分的加强了护士队伍的科学管理，实现人力资源的优化配置，建立有效的激励机制，有效防范护理差错事故发生，减少护理缺陷，充分调动护士工作的积极性，提高了患者对护理工作的满意度。
