摘要：目的 探讨间歇蓝光照射与持续蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效及对患儿的不良反应。 方法 两组患儿在临床常规治疗的基础上，分别采取间歇蓝光照射与持续蓝光照射治疗相同时间72h。 结果 观察组与对照组黄疸显效率、总有效率均差异无显著性，但在间歇蓝光照射不良反应如皮疹、腹泻等发生率较对照组明显减少，经统计学检验，两组差异有显著性。结论 多次间歇蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸与持续蓝光照射比较总有效率无明显差异，但不良反应明显减少。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy of intermittent blue light irradiation and continuous blue light treatment of neonatal jaundice and bad for the children's reaction.
