无肝素血液透析在临床中的应用分析

摘要：目的 分析研究高危出血患者采用无肝素血液透析的临床效果。方法 抽取2011年1月~2013年8月在我院收治的患有急慢性肾功能衰竭患者30例，采取随机抽取模式，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各15例。对照组对患者采取低分子肝素抗凝治疗，实验组对患者采取无肝素血液透析治疗，对两组临床透析效果给予对比分析。结果 实验组患者出血得到有效控制，其临床症状得到显著改善，实验组BUN清除率、超滤总量以及透析器残余容量明显优于对照组，两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对高危出血采用无肝素血液透析治疗，可以获得明显的临床效果，具有临床推广价值。
