奥美拉唑用于胃溃疡合并出血治疗的临床分析

摘要：目的 探讨奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡合并出血的临床疗效。方法 将2011年1月~2013年12月在我院接受治疗的80例胃溃疡合并出血患者平均分成两组，实验组与对照组，各40例。对照组患者给予法莫替丁治疗，实验组患者给予奥美拉唑治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 实验组患者显效21例(52.5%)，有效17例(42.5%)，总有效率为95.0%；实验组患者治疗后的出血情况也明显优于对照组，与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡合并出血能够显著改善患者临床症状，促进患者胃粘膜病变部位尽快恢复，安全有效，值得推广。
