     摘要：目的 希望探索出一种有效评价医院健康教育讲座效果的方法。方法 采用PDCA的管理工具运用于医院健康教育讲座效果的评价，通过建立项目管理小组、制定计划、现状分析、设定目标、制定实施方案、效果评价，再进入下一个PDCA循环。结果 患者对健康讲座的满意度、患者接受健康教育知识的掌握情况均有提高，对授课师资、对健康教育工作人员的评价更为全面。结论 通过不断往复的PDCA循环,持续的改进健康教育工作。
