摘要：目的 探讨跟骨骨折的多层螺旋CT表现及其临床价值。方法 回顾性分析近两年来69例77侧跟骨骨折的螺旋CT扫描，并进行多平面重建(MPR)、容积再现(VRT)等技术后处理，并对跟骨关节内骨折运用Sanders氏分型。结果 多层螺旋CT的MPR、VRT图像能清楚显示各型跟骨骨折，可以直观立体地显示跟骨骨折的部位、骨折线的走行方向、骨片碎裂及移位程度。结论 跟骨骨折的多层螺旋CT检查能准确的对跟骨骨折进行诊断、分型，为治疗方案的选择和预后的估计提供准确的参考。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the multislice CT manifestations of calcaneal fractures and its clinical value. MethodsA retrospective analysis of 69 cases in the past two years 77 lateral calcaneal fractures spiral CT scanning, and multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), volume representation (VRT) technologies such as post-processing, and the use of intra-articular calcaneal fractures Sanders classification. ResultsMultislice CT MPR and VRT image can clearly show various calcaneal fractures, intuitively stereoscopic display the site of calcaneal fractures, fracture line direction of the, bone fracture, and degree of displacement. ConclusionCalcaneal fractures of multislice CT inspection can accurate diagnosis, classification of calcaneal fractures, for the choice of treatment plan and prognosis estimate to provide accurate reference. ......
