整体护理程序在儿童急性播散性脑脊髓炎中的应用

摘要：目的 探讨儿童急性播散性脑脊髓炎整体护理程序，提升护理效果。方法 对19例诊断为急性播散性脑脊髓炎的患儿实施入院评估、护理计划的制定和护理措施的执行，并与整体护理实施前的15例急性播散性脑脊髓炎患者的护理效果比较。结果 实施整体护理后患儿发生恐惧与焦虑比率明显低于实施前，且无一例并发症发生。结论 整体护理在救治儿童急性播散性脑脊髓炎中有效避免了并发症的发生，促进了疾病的转归，明显改善预后。
