普外科患者术后疼痛的护理干预

摘要：目的 研究普外科术后疼痛的护理措施。方法 入院病例为2010年8月~2012年8月我院普外科手术患者共230例，常规组实施普外科手术常规护理措施，护理组在常规组的基础上给予术后疼痛护理干预。结果 护理组患者术后1h、术后1d、术后3d的疼痛评分均要低于常规组(P<0.05)；护理组镇痛药物应用率为24.3%，要明显低于常规组的55.7%；护理组的护理满意度为93.9%，常规组的护理满度为82.6%。结论 加强普外科患者术后疼痛护理不仅能缓解患者疼痛程度，而且能提高护理满意度。
