开塞露联合生理盐水灌肠法治疗阿片类致便秘的效果观察(1)

摘要：目的探讨开塞露联合生理盐水灌肠解除阿片类致便秘的疗效及护理干预。方法将300例中重度癌痛患者随机分为两组各150例。治疗组采用开塞露联合生理盐水灌肠法，对照组传统大量肥皂水不保留灌肠法，比较两组灌肠后的效果。结果治疗组112例显效；对照组82例显效；两组灌肠效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论开塞露联合生理盐水灌肠法治疗阿片类药物引起便秘效果好。
