摘要：目的探讨护患关系现状分析及护理对策。方法选取我院2012年5月~2013年5月于门诊接受护理的100例患者，其中50例只进行常规护理作为对照组，另外50例在此基础上进行常见风险的防范的综合性护理作为观察组。对比两组患者的满意度以及医疗失误的发生率。结果观察组医疗失误发生0次，对照组医疗失误发生9次，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的满意度明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于护理中的常见因素进行科学的防范和处理意义重大，综合性的护理在减少医疗失误以及提高患者满意度上效果较好。
