摘要：目的 探讨剖宫产手术过程的产妇心理护理方法。方法 总结、探讨剖宫产手术的护理配合体会和经验。结果 对剖宫产孕妇主动热情、语言亲切、态度和蔼、关心体贴的精心护理，给予生理和心理支持，尽快让孕妇情绪稳定，适应手术环境，以最佳心理状态接受手术。结论 通过对产妇进行周到的心理护理，给予产妇无微不至的关怀，使产妇对手术医生、麻醉师和护士产生完全的信任感和安全感，使产妇对剖宫产有更好的理解，更好的配合手术的进行，减少手术中和手术后的并发症，确保手术成功。
