     综上所述，辛伐他汀可以抑制SHI-1细胞增殖，促进分化与凋亡，同时可以协同PMA抑制SHI-1细胞增殖，促进凋亡，为辛伐他汀协同治疗AML提供理论依据，但尚需进一步探讨其抗白血病效应机制。
