摘要：本文报告了2012年1月~2013年12月我院输液室共92例，其中发热反应39例；一般过敏性反应28例；过敏性休克2例；静脉炎22例；循环负荷过重(肺水肿)1例。通过采取一系列正确的针对性医疗及护理干预措施，所有病例均获改善，取得了满意效果。

    The Clinical Treatment of 92 Cases of Patients with Transfusion Reaction

    Abstract：This paper reports a total of 92 cases of patients with transfusion reaction between January, 2012 and December, 2013 in transfusion room in our hospital, including 39 cases of fever reaction; 28 cases of general allergicreaction; 2 cases of allergic shock; 22 cases of phlebitis; 1 case of circulatory overload (pulmonary edema). By taking a series of correct for medical and nursing intervention measures, all the cases were improved, and satisfactory performances were achieved in the final.
