摘要：根据国际护理能力标准和我国注册护士的核心能力要求, 结合通用能力培养目标，明确护生在校学习应达到的职业能力培养目标。并以此为主线，进行课程设计，形成包括：教学目标、教学内容、教学策略、教学评价四个特色系统的课程教学模式。该模式为培养应用型护理人才提供参考。

Abstract：Make sure the target of occupation ability training of nursing students in school with International nursing competency standards,the core ability of registered nurse and General ability. Design curriculum including teaching goals,teaching contents,teaching strategies,teaching evaluation. This teaching mode provide reference for the application personnel training.
