摘要：目的将现场实习教学与传统教学方式进行比较，探讨现场实习教学的优势。方法将两个年级的学生分别进入传统组和改革组，给予不同的教学方式，比较两组之间教学效果。结果改革组的学生的在对课程的兴趣和满意程度以及期末考试成绩均高于传统组。结论采用现场实习教学可以激发学生兴趣，提高学生的综合素质。
