摘要：目的探索消化内科急性腹痛患者的误诊原因。方法通过选取该院消化内科28例急性腹痛患者，经过详细检查，对误诊的原因进行分析。结果误诊的原因主要包括以下几种：疾病不过临床症状以及体态特征相似、患者病史手机不全、医生自身的经验以及专业知识不足等等。结论可以通过全面检查患者的身体状况、加强医生的专业知识、增强医生之间的交流、把握患者的心理、掌握沟通技巧等方式方法减少和杜绝误诊。

    Analysis of the Causes of Misdiagnosis of Acute Abdominal Pain of Gastroenterology

    Abstract：Acute abdominal pain is one of the common internal medicine disease, because its etiology is complex, condition changes quickly, which involves many departments, so the diagnosis clinical condition more also. Since the delay treatment, bring more pain to the patient, and even endanger the patient lives, on the other hand also easy to cause the doctor-patient relationship nervous. Therefore, the author is our college in recent years, 28 cases of patients with acute abdominal pain of digestive diseases misdiagnosed cases were analyzed.
