某高校学生心肺复苏培训模式与评价

摘要：目的心肺复苏是针对各种原因引起呼吸及心跳骤停时，必须立即采取的一项徒手急救技术。为了在高校中普及心肺复苏术，探讨适合非医学专业学生特点的心肺复苏培训模式。方法参加急救培训160名学生分两批依次培训，每批随机分为试验组学生80名，对照组学生80名。两组学生均由相同教师利用多媒体教学进行2学时的简短理论培训，实验组由培训医师进行示范性操作培训，学生在观看之后，利用急救模拟人进行演练。对照组学生观看心肺脑复苏VCD教学片，结合心肺复苏的"十字歌诀"进行记忆。结果理论知识的考试，实验组为78分，对照组为73分，两组学生成绩无明显差异。在考核实际操作方面，实验组合格率为66.25%，对照组为36.25%， 2=14.41，P<0.001。结论在高校大学生中开展心肺复苏培训，理论讲授+模拟人训练十字歌诀记忆3种方法结合，行之有效。
