对乳腺增生患者开展中医辨证治疗的临床效果观察

摘要：目的探讨对乳腺增生患者开展中医辨证治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2011年9月～2013年9月收治的乳腺增生患者70例，随机分为对照组与治疗组各35例，对照组患者给予乳癖消治疗，治疗组治患者依据患者情况分为冲任失调型与肝郁痰凝型患者给予中医辨证施治。结果对照组治愈7例(20.0%)，显效11例(31.4)，有效11例(31.4%)，无效6例(17.2%)，总有效率82.8%；治疗组治愈15例(42.9%)，显效10例(28.6%)，有效9例(25.6%)，无效1例(2.9%)，总有效率97.1%。治疗组患者临床疗效显著好于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中医辨证对乳腺增生患者开展施治，能够迅速有效的改善患者临床症状与体征，具有确切的临床应用价值。
