摘要：目的老年患者前列腺增生围手术期护理效果分析，为提高护理质量提供依据。方法我院泌尿科从2010年3月~2013年12月，收治前列腺增生症(BPH)患者207例的围手术期护理体会。结果痊愈115例，占55.56%，显效54例，占26.09%，有效32例，占15.46%，无效6例，占2.90%，总有效201例，总有效率97.1%。结论术前正确的评估病情及术后精心全面的临床护理 , 对于出现异常情况第一时间作出处理，是老年前列腺增生患者顺利度过手术期的重要保证。
