环抱式接骨器在连枷胸患者手术中的应用研究(1)

摘要：目的在重症肋骨骨折并连枷胸治疗中，比较环抱式接骨器行肋骨骨折内固定与常规胸壁外固定的疗效。方法回顾分析2008年1月~2012年12月在我院治疗的106例重症肋骨骨折并连枷胸患者的治疗方法，观察组76例，采用环抱式接骨器行肋骨内固定术，对照组30例选择常规治疗。结果观察组在住院时间、疼痛指数、呼吸机使用时间、肺部感染控制时间明显优于对照组。结论应用环抱式接骨器行重症肋骨骨折内固定手术，缩短了患者住院日，减轻了肋骨骨折引起的疼痛，缩短了呼吸机使用时间，可使患者早期下床活动，促进肺功能早期恢复，肺部感染控制时间也大大缩短，且手术简单易行，整体效果良好，值得推广。
