摘要：目的了解蓄电池行业作业工人血铅水平，预防职业性铅中毒，保证广大劳动者的身体健康。方法结合职业健康监护技术规范提出相应的建议。结果参加体检部分工人有一定比例的神经、消化系统症状，26例血铅超标，2例诊断为职业性慢性铅中毒。 结论工厂管理层要通过改进生产工艺，改善生产环境，安全监管部门应加强职业安全监督，加强工人的教育工作来预防蓄电池行业作业工人铅中毒。
