摘要：目的血府逐瘀汤加减治疗外科疾病的疗效。方法我院对1989年10月~2013年10月胸、腹及四肢创伤的30例患者按中医整体观念辩证施治原则服用血府逐瘀汤加减治疗，观察局部皮肤肿胀、瘀斑和疼痛消退以及四肢关节功能恢复情况进行疗效分析观察。结果本组30例患者服用本方加减最少5剂，最多12剂。治愈27例，占90%；好转3例，占10%；总有效率达到100%，疗效良好。结论服用本方加减疗效可靠，疗程短，副作用小，经济实惠。

    Analysis of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in Treating Surgical Disease

    Abstract：ObjectiveThe effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of surgical diseases.
