有生产经历的助产士产前教育对孕产妇分娩方式的影响(1)

摘要：目的通过开展有生产经历的助产士对孕妇进行产前教育，观察并探讨对其分娩方式的影响。方法选择2012年1月～12月在我院建卡并分娩的孕妇用随机抽取100例，分为观察组和对照组，各50例。观察组接受有生产经历的助产士进行产前教育，对照组只进行常规产前检查，比较两组孕妇的分娩结果。结果 接受有生产经历的助产士产前教育的观察组，剖宫产数低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 孕妇在产前接受有生产经历的助产士对其进行产前教育，有利于降低剖宫产数量，提高患者满意度和产科质量。
