摘要：目的探讨针刺颈夹脊结合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效及其初步的作用机制。方法将131例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为两组，治疗组接受针刺颈夹脊结合推拿治疗，对照组接受推拿治疗，观察两组病例治疗前后临床症状、特殊功能检查、影像学检查指标的变化。结果两组临床疗效在观察期内差异有显著性，治疗组临床控制率为43.76%(28/64)，对照组为36.67%(22/60)，治疗组的临床控制率高于对照组，差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论针刺颈夹脊结合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效优于单纯推拿疗法。
