摘要：目的通过监测丙戊酸类药物血药浓度，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用FPIA法测定丙戊酸类血药浓度，对我院5年来癫痫患者2008例次血药浓度监测结果进行比较分析。结果2008例次丙戊酸测定值在治疗浓度50~100 mg/L内的共1349例次，占67.1%；低于治疗浓度范围下限(<50 mg/L)共391例次，占19.47%；高于治疗浓度范围上限(>100 mg/L)的共268例次，占13.35%。结论丙戊酸的血药浓度存在个体差异大，用药期间定期监测血药浓度对提高疗效以及确保癫痫患者用药安全具有重要意义。
