摘要：目的 基层产科中48例胎头吸引术阴道助产的临床效果观察。方法 回顾性分析我院2009年5月~2013年5月共48例产妇在进行胎头吸引术阴道助产的临床疗效。结果 48例胎头吸引术阴道助产分娩均成功。结论 胎头吸引术阴道助产能有效缩短第二产程，安全有效，成功率高，对母儿损伤小，可降低剖宫产率，产科医师容易掌握，值得在基层医院推广应用。

    Abstract： ObjectiveThe clinical effect of fetal head aspiration vaginal delivery was observed in 48 cases of obstetric.
